I've got to stickwith the Temptations, too with "Papa Was a Rolling Stone"!  Love the story but also the long instrumental interludes!

Too many great Motown songs to name a favorite.  What great music  -  still love it.

One of my favorites is the Four Tops Just Walk Away Renee. I like both versions - theirs and the Left Banke's.  About those Motown groups - their synchronized dance moves always cracked me up and still do!

Darn it ! I saw  this on my TV  channel guide and forgot to watch, glad I checked in on this forum so I just turned it on for the last 45 min of the show.  My favorite ? anything from Smokey Robinson and the Miracles. Actually anything Motown, my favorite era of music.
