This is the second time this has happened to me (there won't be a third). I bought the Aerosoles loafers in dark blue this past week. First of all they are too small (I bought my regular size). Secondly there is no QVC invoice in the box to use for returns. I would imagine that's because they are shipped from the Aerosoles factory and not QVC, even though there is a QVC label on the box?

So now I have to print out a QVC return label (which hopefully I can, I haven't checked yet). Very inconvenient!!

I will not order this brand from QVC anymore. I swear they do them specifically for Q and the sizing isn't right.

Last year Q had a OTO adorable starfish thong. Lisa R. said stick to your regular size so I ordered in a 7.5. They were way too small. I exchanged them for an 8 and they were still too small. It was as if the thong part was placed too far back on the shoe so your foot couldn't go all the way in. I returned them for a refund.

I tried the same sandals on in a store and the 7.5 fit me perfectly.

I'm starting to remember that I vowed not to buy Aerosoles from the Q at one time, and then I forgot, I guess. These loafers are so cute, but way too small. I am returning but not reordering. I'm going to see if I can print out a return label.

Why even buy shoes/other from the Q in the first place, my JSS babe, when you can get better prices, free shipping (& often, free returns), and better customer service elsewhere?

I've experienced the same thing not only with Aerosoles but Sketchers too.

I received some shoes last week that I had to send back to QVC and looked all over for a receipt/label......finally found it under the box flap on the bottom !
