I was having the same issues. I think it's related to technical difficulties on a free shipping day. Free shipping days seem to overwhelm the system. I admit, I wait for free shipping to purchase and I'm sure I'm not alone.

The website has been off and on for several days.

 

Pages loading is extremely slow. It was that way last night trying to place an order, it's that way now.

 

These are the things contributing to this floundering company.

 

Self inflicted death by a thousand paper cuts.
