this is the second time lately with no return/receipt included in the bag , What's going on ?! My printer at this time isn't working so I can't just print one out right now either. I am tired of items showing up not the size that was stated on air . Now another return. Almost like they are encouraging us not to return items🤔

I have no idea, but it makes Amazon's return process seem even better. I recently sent back two items I bought in error--I ordered 3 when I meant to get 1 of something. All I had to do was go to a Kohl's or UPS Store with the QR code Amazon generated and emailed me, give the clerk the items, and show the code to her on my phone. She scanned it in after getting the spelling of my last name, and generated a receipt. I had a full refund to an Amazon gift balance (my choice) within an hour. No label, no boxing or bagging, no photocopying anything for my records. Bip bop bang, wonderful! I used UPS because they were closer.

@Kitty Galore I had the same thing happen. Called Customer Service and the nice lady sent one to me.
I thought they had just missed it with my order. Didn't know this is now the norm.

did you check under the shipping label. That is where they have been putting them. Some people say they are not there but I haven't to return anything but I always look there because I peel those lables off and them them through my shredder. otherwise email qvcsocialteam@qvc.com give them the specifics and ask them to mail you one.

with this kind of "customer service", the Q is just circling the drain faster and faster

Happened to me to. I was able to use my printer, thank goodness. Sometimes that isn't working right. Also happened with JCP a couple of months ago, when stores were still closed. I had to call them and get is sent to me. That was a pain,

This is practice for some (or all?) orders that I've been receiving - no packing slip / return label. The Q is finding ways to continually make its shipping worse. With each barrier to make returns more difficult and/or costly, the number of returns go down. Tactical money-making decision. The onus falls on the consumer to have to jump through multiple hurdles. They need to remove the "C" for "convenience" from the company name. SMH.
