What's the name of that test, that gives you 4 letters? Biggs- or Briggs? or???

Wanted to look that up, but I can't remember what it was called. Anyone know what I am referring to?  Thanks. Can have to do with employment.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is the full name.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. You can google it and find everything you want, plus a thousand more similar tests.
