@cherry wrote:My son sent me his 1 year old Mac. He spilled coke on it accidently and had to buy a new one, because he is teaching in Dubai for 1 month, and needed one he knows will work
His old one works fine, except for the WiFi, which is of no interest to me anyway

I've danced all my life. As a kid, I was involved in tap dance lessons and shows. As a teen, I turned my dance skills to figure skating. Then I became involved with dance aerobics. Just this week, at my YMCA dance aerobics class, the instructor said I was a great dancer. At 69, I never expected to hear such a compliment. It made my day.

Hello Noel and all, what a wonderful thread ! LlibbyAnne, I am sure you treasured those moments !
Last Friday my husband went for his semi-annual cancer scan (he had bladder cancer for five long years with weekly chemo) - has been in remission since 2003.
Everything still looks perfect !
Yay ! ![]()

Hi! Thank you, butI have come across so many uplifting things here that I think I was inspired, not only by my personal experience this week but by other posters! I love reading others' stories. There is always more good than bad out there, which I must remember on days when I may be tempted to give in to frustration or sadness.
