Thinking about intense seasons .... when we lived in Western NY, the utility bills were highest in the winter from the constant running of the furnace. Here in So Cal, the summer utility bills are highest, from running the A/C.

It's another gloomy day here too. Not raining but just gray and dreary. We aren't supposed to reach 50 I guess. Today was the first day I had to grab a coat. I'm thinking I may have to turn the heat on tonight. So far we've been good.
Heard on the news this morning we had the warmest October on record. Tomorrow night they are supposed to do the winter outlook. That ought to be interesting seeing as they didn't even come close to correctly predicting how much rain we were going to get Monday.
