I'm in the midwest and our air quality is horrible!! The smoke from the Canadian fires is so thick and even blocks most of the sunshine. Two days ago, I swore my house was on fire but it was just Canadian smoke.

Thank you for this information @4kitties. I put in my zip code and it said good, enjoy your day outside. I'm in the upper Hudson Valley of N.Y. We are upstate NY but on the opposite side of the state from some of the other posters.

I love it here. Often times it seems as if we are in a little bubble and don't get the brunt of the bad weather events. I hope I haven't jinxed us! We all know Mother Nature has a mind of her own

Our air quality is good in the southern Catskills,NY..but it's raining..So we will be staying in.

Every time I look lately, here in Pittsburgh has rather low levels of air quality.

Have been coughing for one year!

So far, there seems to be very little relief, but I’m hoping to do something to cause the coughing to stop!

Maryland air is OK. Not so much pollution as it's the sun. It UV rays are really strong. It makes it worse when it's hot. I wear a lot of cotton and sometimes wear long pants and elbow length sleeves to protect myself. I don't go out a lot. Not at home or work. I'm in short shorts today as I'm off today. But I won't go out. Start of our heat wave.
