I still have an item that says "In transit to UPS on November 26".

(I did call customer service a few weeks later and received a replacement within a week.)

But sometimes your order may not make it to your doorstep.

Update :  so last night after my inital post I get a email from QVC that 2 of my orders will arrive soon but the order page still said "awaiting carrier pickup".  I check this morning and 2 orders say they were loaded on the UPS truck and out for delivery today. The UPS driver drops off a huge box today and I'm thinking what the heck is this ? Where did this come from? The UPS driver checked the name on the box and I confirmed who I was.   He helps me by pushing the huge box into my apartment.  I tear open the box top with a knife and see 2 more boxes inside the big box !  So I open each box and among the brown paper is the Kim Gravell TSV in 1 box and a Philosophy shower gel order in the other box. (just what I ordered) So obviously they held up shipping for one order and shipped both together. First time this has happened with my orders but at least I have them now. I still have not received the Salmon TSV they say "waiting for carrier pickup" since 2/23 that was supposed to be delivered by today. I also have one more order from 2/24 still says "awaiting carrier pickup"

Both of them FINALLY arrived, but it was mid-February...SIX WEEKS after shipping!

Just lately most of my orders have been delivered by UPS, and came when they were supposed to. However I ordered a top this week, and it's back to UPS to USPS...so we'll see when it actually arrives!

@vermint.  UPS  and usps no longer have the agreement for the post office to deliver UPS packages.

It's possible that UPS is just swamped.  My driver has suddenly been coming after dark.  They'll need to hire and train more drivers.

@Kachina624 I'd heard that, too...but according to my tracking info, the package was picked up by UPS, and is now en route to a USPS facility.

As long as it gets here in a reasonable amount of time, I'm good with however they send it.

I ordered the TSV night of 2/23 it shipped 2/24 and it just arrived today 2/26.

Rock hard ice packs and fish still frozen.

I shop other places and I get my clothes in a few days. I places an order from Fawbushes in MN, last Thursday, and it was in my mailbox Saturday. 2 other orders came by mail, 3 days.  I get things quicker from eBay than I do QVC. Although sometimes it comes in a week.  I think part of it is QVS items take long between my placing order and them ever leaving a warehouse.  There is a QVC warehouse in SoCal, I am in NorCal...and it still takes 2 weeks.

@Kachina624 - I've been getting deliveries transferred from UPS to USPS again. It was good while it lasted.

@spabar.  Are you sure they were not originally shipped by QVC via USPS?  I've gotten a few of those but none that were shipped UPS and have a tracking number with a "Z" in it.

@Kachina624 - No, these have "Z" numbers; then when I click on Shipping Details, it shows a USPS tracking number.
