Possibly El Pollo Loco take out after I do some shopping this afternoon.  Your recipe sounds great though.

Snacks at the HOA party is what's for dinner.

Re: What's for dinner tonight?

We eat our biggest meal at lunch.

We usually eat out, but since our weather is gross today, we stayed home.

We had a Hormel pork roast. My husband had cole slaw and potato salad and I had sliced cucumbers and scallions.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

Re: What's for dinner tonight?

It's soup and bread tonight, I made pizza last night so my husband will finish that up and have a bowl of soup. If we don't go out to dinner on a Saturday night, it's usually left over's.

Rice noodles with mussels in a Thai curry sauce.

Re: What's for dinner tonight?

I pulled out some frozen chicken breasts....probably just put them into my salad after cooking them in the microwave.
