We alreadyhad our main meal - sirloin steak with pearl onios and mushrooms; I made baked sweet/hot (a little brown sugar, a little cayenne pepper) sweet potatoes for DH and a good helping of spinach for both of us.  Also some cucumber/tomato/red onion/basil mix.
