But in this case it's exploratory research, we've had such crazy weather for months. Is there still snow out there?

It took until the coming of spring for California to get a few heavy rainstorms in our drought ridden state, but yesterday it really warmed up in the Bay Area. Caught us by surprise. I had an appointment and had to make a last minute outfit change to deal with the heat.

Gorgeous today! Bright...sunny and 72. yesterday started that way and then suddenly we had storms and peas size hail. Then the sun came out...definitely schizophrenic.

Hi Noel, its been raining all day but not heavy, the temperature is in the mid 50's.

We're getting your hail later today. Right now around 60 and partly sunny. Thunderstorms with hail after lunchtime. I think next week we'll be back in the 40's. YUK!

It's been like that here until yesterday. Maybe the pattern is finally breaking, although I can't say that we really get seasons here.
