Stress:  When you take your car to the autobody shop to get fixed after some nut backs into you in a parking lot.  You pick up the only car available at the ONE Rental car agency and it smells like smoke - then your husbands car gets an oil leak and needs to go in the shop too. So, three people need to share a car and be in three different places and directions at the same time. 

 

Yep, definitely a six pack of Coke week! grrr

Listening to Songbird-by Kenny G immediately puts me in a mellow mood and eliminates stress.

 

I also go outside and fiddle around in the garden or take a walk.
