Pasta, pasta, did I say pasta?..lol.I can even eat cold spaghetti leftovers like people do with pizza! lol. .I don't eat junk foods like chips, baked goods, etc. much at all. Never did. But, I am on a strict diet right now and have limited my pasta, and portions in general and am practically living on fish, vegetables, and fruits. PS) It is very hard for me to lose weight with my back issues/lack of exercise due to provoking pain, so there will be no over eating pasta or anything right now.

I love potato chips and of course, chocolate and ice cream will help. When I have had a tough week, I will definitely be buying potato chips when I go grocery shopping. Lately, I keep ice cream in the freezer but yet I keep trying to lose weight, what am I thinking. Fun question.

Something you would eat if you were having a rough time of it.
A good example would be if your Hockey Team lost a game and you turned to food to improve your mood.
I think chocolate would be my choice of stress foods. I don't indulge often but when I do, Godiva here I come. (I am a member of their Rewards Club. They give you a free piece of chocolate every month. As a diabetic, I shouldn't ever eat chocolate. Don't tell anyone.

You're not, as everyone's definition of "stressed" is differerent.
I can't eat when I'm upset, but stressed is the opposite.

Herbal or decaf for sure.
Especially chamomile or lavender, or a blend of the two.
