What's On The Menu for Easter or Passover?

I'm trying to shake things up a bit in the Easter menu department. It will probably be just the three of us for dinner, but I want a variety of dishes.

So far, I'm planning on:

ham with apricot sauce

Russian Easter pashka cheese, and kulich, Russian Easter bread

fruit salad

baby greens salad with pears and crumbled gorgonzola.

champagne

pie
