They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so I am having a bowl of steel-cut oatmeal.

For me, it's usually a piece of 7-seed whole grain toast, and a banana.

I was turned on to Steel-cut oatmeal about a month ago, I love it. It's not slimey like the other brand.
Think I'll have it also today.
My husband makes the muffins on the back of the All Bran cereal box, he makes them sugar free for me. If you haven't tried them your missing out!
You'll thank me LoL

Something low carb that I recently found...Jimmy Dean frittatas or Eggwich sandwich (no bread). Lots of sodium but definitely filling without the carbohydrates and a nice treat when you are used to doing intermittant fasting and tired of it.

The usual, lightly toasted Ezekial bread with half and avocado and sliced roma tomato with black chia seeds spinkled on top.  And a cup of coffee.

I love this breakfast so much and think about it sometimes when getting into bed.

The only other thing I switch over to is overnight oatmea (old fashioned oats, coconut milk, chia seeds that I add frozen strawberries to the next morning and sprinkle some granola on top.  Yum!).

My breakfast is usually Cheerios with banana, raspberries and blueberries, along with a slice of buttered rye toast, a glass of orange juice, a cup of black coffee with a couple of mini-biscotti to dunk into my coffee.

@Lucky Charm. Oh I'm so disappointed in your post. Not that those two breakfasts aren't great but what? Not a bowlful of Lucky Charms cereal and milk? How can that be? 😯😉😄
