Pretty much all of them... When they decided to virtually adopt about fifteen brands and them pile drive them into the ground, I decided it was time to stop being a regular... Of course, that doesn't mean that I wouldn't enjoy watching from time to time, but that's pretty much no more than a very occasional option these days... As for watching for 'entertainment', although TPTB state clearly they see their role as both retail and entertainment, there's nothing particularly entertaining anymore about either the products or the presentations... Interesting too that while some seem to like to chastise or otherwise berate those who express a critical opinion of today's QVC and are permitted to do so, those expressing those alternative points of view seem all too often to be labeled 'unkind'...

Yep same here which are only certain beauty shows. Or DVR a show if I can't be at home to watch it (this is usually how I watch QVC so I can blow through the parts I'm not interested in like brow pencils or self-tanners). That way there is no frustration and, as some have shown, anger on my part. Since I am not interested in and don't watch 99% of what QVC shows, someone like me would be sick of pretty much everything if I watched it all the time. Fortunately there are other things available to me to watch or put on for "backgound noise" to keep me entertained and happy. QVC's (or any other channel) supposed monotonous programing is the least of my concerns and worry and stress. I know some have practically made a career out of complaining about the stale programming so I suppose it gives them something to do so it can't be all that bad!
@HappyDaze So if you DVR a showto see an item you like or perhaps are interested in, and it gets sold out------ what's even the point of bothering to record these shows in the first place..... there has to be better entertainment to record and watch later

I go to Williams Sanoma maybe once a year and it's rarely different stuff. Same with a place called Spoons & Spice. I love them but if I lived in Utah I'd be tired of them rather quickly.
@debic The retailers I frequent always seem to have something new and different that I haven't seen before and I'm not talking about special seasonal items either.....
Perhaps stores with kitchen appliances, gadgets and spices don't change because their is nothing new in the retail category for this line of products/merchandise

I agree @Spurt. If the stores I frequent never offered anything fresh or new, I wouldn't go to them either... Not even to mention, most 'general merchandise' stores offer a lot more than the same handful of brands. To be sure, there is brand consistency, to a point, but there's also a good bit more variety. I'd also note this to be the case whether we're talking actual or virtual stores. And yes, 'specialty' stores tend to have merchandise that's more static. I wasn't under the impression that QVC saw itself as a 'specialty' store.

@chickenbutt wrote:Even when I watched a fair amount, I don't think I ever watched enough to be sick of anything. If there was a show I wanted to see I would watch.
Back when they sold fine jewelry I watched a fair amount of that. I watched some of the clothing shows, and I always enjoyed the kitchen shows. Beyond that, I don't think I watched a lot of it and usually had other stuff to do anyway.
From what I read here sometimes, it looks like there are many people who have the channel on 24/7. I don't think I could watch ANYTHING all the time. It's not for me to say what anybody else should watch, but if it's getting repetitive I think I would seek something else. I think that one thing that is elemental here is that they are constantly adding new viewers/members.
I also think that they will sell whatever people will buy. Considering that the poster base here is a teeny tiny percentage of one percent of viewers, I just have to conclude that they are selling tons of the stuff they are showing. Until a much larger percentage of people stop buying/watching, they are going to continue doing what works.

I agree with you, CB.
The shows are certainly repetitive if you watch for hours at a time.
I watch sporadically and there are some products I am simply not interested in, so I move on immediately.
