Only Q, but I'm watching less and less.  I still buy, but I look at recently on air.  I will watch some CIJ, but don't need a thing.  I watch more for ideas on decorating with the items I have.  I'm trying to stay in a decluttering mood, so trying not to add to my STUFF!  I will order some CIJ food, some of the best pricing, and will choose late Nov/early December ship dates.

I would estimate:

60%  HSN

40%  QVC

I tend to watch due to what the programming guides have in store.   I also enjoy certain hosts on both channels more than others.  I don't shop as much as I used to on either channel, especially the Q as I feel I lose interest quickly at times........I don't watch other shopping networks at all.

In the last year it has become 0% due to the annoyance factor. I know you know what I mean.. My remote bypasses all shopping channels these days.

If I understand your posting, you are asking IF you watch...what channels and what percentage.  (NOT DO you watch)

No interest in any other networks.

Used to watch HSN back in the Tina horn honking days!  ha ha

Zero for me.  Regardless of the host, I don't want to hear constant chatter about the product or anything else.  I check product offerings when I'm online.

I stopped watching all of them when I cut my cable off in October 2015.  My antenna does not get the Q or HSN or any other shopping network.  Have not missed a thing and saved lots of money.

Breaking it down by percentage, I'm probably 50/50 between QVC and HSN. I watch those two networks 90 percent of the time.  I only watch ShopHQ on Saturday morning for Wake Up In Style unless there is a particular product that I want to see being presented for an hour.  JTV (the channel) only gets my viewing about 1% of the time.  I watch Antonella Nester's YouTube JTV and Silpada videos almost every week.  If I include that, my numbers are QVC and HSN splitting 90%, Shop HQ 5%, JTV (channel) 1%, Antonella 3%, and random others 1%.

I only watch HSN and QVC's main channel.  The other channels do not interest me.  I watch HSN more than QVC because of the better hosts on HSN.  But it is not like I sit down and watch either station.  I watch maybe 30 minutes (not every day either) of qvc during the day and maybe an hour and half of HSN.  I purchase very little from qvc. 2 items last year, nothing this year.  When the qvc hosts stop acting like dolts maybe I'll watch more.
