I think a nice hot bubble bath! How do you feel most pampered?  I can already hear @brewhaha say, "when I wear my pampers".

When I splurge on my favorite treats such as gelato or great chocolate candy or going to my favorite restaurant.

When my husband makes me dinner which is a very rare occasion and he is not the best cook. I will take what I can get though, it usually is edible.

anything that is a spa like service.  hair, mani, etc. and i do these on a monthly basis so i guess i feel pampered all the time.

i'd like to add that my husband pampers me too in many small ways.  i got one of the good ones!

a nice hot bath when I feel cold or achy. Put  on my face masks.... relax.  I do not/ would not pay for spa treatments. I do not like people touching me that I do not know.
