What kind of name is "No Foundation Foundation"

DH was in the room listening to Dana and Lisa talk about the "No Foundation Foundation" and it's the funniest thing he ever heard. He's inserting it into various sentences and having a good old time. He's also wondering about Dana's in and out English accent. Oy... what a mess!
