I need only the hanging plant removed. I've been trying tree trimming services, a nursery landscape business I've used before; but they didn't get back with me after they gave me a price and I tried to set up a time, and handymen, including one guy I have used before but he is booked with a project. Please ignore the plants in the bed below the hanging plant. My lawn guys trimmed this bed way back...I have no idea why. I'm desperate.

Is the job landscaping? The eaves? Painting?
There is no description of the job, just a picture?

Can't your lawn guys handle something like that? All they would need is a ladder. That's what it looks like to me.

All you need is someone with a tall ladder. Neighbor, friend, relative?
You might be able to use something with a long handle to knock it down.
I believe most professional services would consider this job too small.

Could someone power wash away the plant? That stream of water is powerful.

@Mindy D Is the plant a seedling that grew from underneath the barrel tile? It's hard to tell from the photo.

That plant looks like it's growing out of a gutter...?? If that's the case then there is reason for concern b/c if a plant is growing in the gutter there must be enough dirt up there for the plant to take root. I would contact a gutter-cleaning service. Clogged gutters can lead to more serious problems.

@decaf @I think it's two different plants. One is a fern that's growing from behind the fascia and one is some tiny plant growing in front of the fascia. I think the plant was blown up there during one of the million storms we have and it took root. Other possibility is that when my roof was being power washed the water rinsed plants blown to top of downward and they got stuck up there and took root.
