We only buy Lexus used not new with as low miles as we can find.

They last forever with regular maintenance and oil changes every 3,000 - 5,000 miles.

one of our cars is a lexus that was purchased new.....2007, about 85K  miles. smooth ride and still going strong with no major issues.

Re: What kind of Vehicle do you Own

My neighbor bought a 2022 Kia Kicks and it is so cute for an SUV. A sporty model that is trimmed out and nice to ride in.

I drive a 99 Z71 Chevy truck that has been good to me. I feel safer driving a big truck and I love to haul stuff.

It will always be a muscle car for me having owned 4 older Corvettes and a Chevy Z28 Camaro. Alas those days are over.

I am driving the HRV.  I am 5'2" and it too is so easy for me.  The new technical features are really good.  Especially when I'm driving using the maps or responding to a text.  Has a lot of storage for its size.  My husband drives a Pilot.  We have also owned civics, CRVs and the Insight.  I love Hondas!

I drive a 2022 BMW X3 Xdrive 30i and I love it! I ordered it in October of 2021. It was built in Spartanburg, SC and I took delivery at the end of December of that year. My previous car was a 2008 328xi couple that I also ordered new. It's been an adjustment driving the bigger vehicle, but it's so much better in snowy Michigan than the little coupe.

I drive a 2006 Ford Explorer and this is our 3rd one, been driving them for many years.  They have all been really good vehicles and great to drive in the snow.  DH is a fanatic regarding caring for the cars we own and honestly they last forever..........sometimes too long, LOL as I would like something new at some point!  Good luck with your search.

I have a 2010 Lincoln Towncar with less than 30,000 miles on it.  It was a 2nd car for years!

Fortunately, none!  When we had a car we had a Honda Civic for a number of years.  Before that we had an Acura which was the best car we ever owned.  We've rented a number of different cars in our travels and have liked the Kia and Hyundai.

Re: What kind of Vehicle do you Own

I am little too and have owned three small cars, every one of them over ten plus years, in my life.

The first two were Toyotas (Tercel and Echo) and my current almost 11 year old car is a Fiat 500.

I would caution on the Fiat. I have had zero issues with finding a mechanic to do oil changes or repairs, but others in different locations have had that difficulty. Make sure you have a Fiat Chrysler dealer close by or know a mechanic who will work on/maintain the car.

Fiat is also a smaller car so a tall person would probably find it uncomfortable, but it is a hatchback and my mom actually had a convertible model.

Safety wise, I have had three people run me over in that car and it is still running and no injuries. It is a well built tiny car if that's what you are looking for. It doesn't look like much, but it's a solid little car to get you from here to there. Gas mileage is excellent too.

Toyota is the same. My previous two cars I think have been replaced by the Yaris, but never had an issue with a Toyota in my life.

The rest of my family are Honda people and also love the brand. Lots of civics with my sisters back in the day and the HRVs are popular with them and their kids too.
