Re: What is your favorite word and why?

I like the word Razzmatazz.

It's an unexpected word that is fun to use.

That and rigamaroll. It's amazing how much you can actually use it!

I use tickety-boo to describe when things are going along just fine.

They are fun, colorful words!

Mine is a curse word.  It can be used to express confusion, disbelief, disgust, anger, passion.  It's multi purpose.  Woman Wink

There are times when you must speak, not because you are going to change the opposing side, but because if you do not speak, they have changed you.

It's my favorite word because it's so unusual.  It's the only word in the English language that incorporates 3 Y's within 6 letters.....

@Q4u, cool, I love that sort of thing.

I thought of another word after thinking of QVC's Susan Graver ... she says this all the time when pushing up her sleeves ... I had to look up the spelling in the Urban dictionary~!

The term Carson always uses on the Bravo show meaning to roll/push up one's sleeves, or to tease/fluff one's hair.

I'm having a hard time narrowing it down to one.  I think it would have to be the word, peace.  I think it's something we all want.

Granddaughter!

I have three sons.

I have four grandsons.

I have one great grandson.

Finally, I have a granddaughter born Saturday and I am very pleased.

[ Edited ]

Made up words or tenses are my favorites.

Jackassery is my current fave.

I don't think it's a real word anyway.

I always wondered if that was a real word and how to spell it.
