Late afternoon when my older cat and I take our nap.  The younger cat is not allowed because the older cat says so.

When I’m sound asleep — it’s about the only time I’m not fighting anxiety, unless I’m having weird dreams.

I’m actually a night person because I hate mornings.

Late afternoon wine time/ cocktail hour.  So relaxing ahead of dinner.  I get up pretty early and am on the go until then.  Something to look forward to and reflect on the day.

I’m a morning person so dawn is my favorite time of day.  Love to watch the sunrise.  It’s a quiet, peaceful time of day before all the crazy begins.

Early mornings, because I meditate and reflect daily. The stillness is very calming.Those things are best done with as little "interference" as possible.

It sets the tone for my entire day!😊

My favorite time of the day is whatever time it is when I get to retreat to my TV room and my recliner for quiet, ME time.

I don't have a favorite time, but I love long summer days more than I can say!
