Re: What is on your Thanksgiving menu?

Our Thanksgiving meal this year will a holiday buffet with all the trimmings at the Junction Restaurant at Snowshoe ski resort in West Virginia.  It is always so good.

One of my favorite features is the butternut squash soup.  Silky smooth and yummy, yummy.  The whole spread is ridiculously tasty and I always need to be rolled out the door, LOL.

@Lila Belle, I just wanted to let you know that I made the recipe you shared with me for Thanksgiving. It was a big hit!!! I think in the past I tried to get too creative and add too many different ingredients trying to recreate the one I had years ago that I loved so much. This recipe was simple and I think that was what made it so good, everyone really went on and on about it. Just wanted to let you know that we enjoyed it and thanks for sharing.

I'm so pleased to hear that. It is a really simple but delicious dish. I am sometimes afraid to share a recipe in fear that someone will be disapointed with it and get p-o'd with me.

I'll have to tell my gram that her recipe was a hit at your table. We all  love corn pudding and I don't wait for a holiday to make it.
