Kim and her family are kept in the forefront with threads such as this one. Any thing to keep them talking. Perfect marketing. And they are egotisical not narcissitic.

Actually a stylist oiled her up...she wouldn't get her hands dirty!

On her show, there was a scene where she was getting a bikini shot done at the beach. An assistant slathered SAND all over her bum. What a GROSS job!
