       Move to a local independent bank or credit union.  Much better customer service usually.

I have problems with Amazon telling me that my credit card is expired, when it is not. It tells me to enter the updated expiration date. I do not enter anything else or change anything. The second time I try it, it always goes through. What's up with that? Smiley Frustrated
