and Teen Mom......so embarrassing! (mindless TV watching/ dumb and in the case of Teen Mom, teeny bopperish! geesh). So embarrassing! haha

When I'm away at a conference, training, or workshop session by myself, staying in a nice hotel room, I sometimes skip ONE workshop or session to relax in my room! And I always feel guilty!

I haven't watched TV in 4 years but I used to watch some of those TLC programs that I kept to myself. I guess my harmless 18-year-old boy crush is guilty (g). Sleeping till noonish because I'm a night owl. Expensive and beautiful makeup.

In the evening after DH goes to bed watching something on Netflix that DH would probably not like.

Watching Naked and Afraid - not for the nakedness (which is blurred) so to speak but for their survival skills.

I am a morning person - always have been. I absolutely love taking walks while the sun has just made its glorious appearance and listening to the morning birds. I find it such a stress reliever! And when I get back I enjoy a second cup of coffee while I read a little before starting my day.

Another non-negotiable "guilty" pleasure is having a delicious pasta meal on Sundays. My ancestry is Italian and Sundays are still filled with great food and family. There is definitely no calorie counting on Sundays lol.

I aslo get a kick out of watching the train-wreck of RHONJ. Haha!
