• Hot Tub/Pool -   @ 15 min Hot Tub, 15 min Pool, (repeated 3 times)

• In late PM, Tall, Hot S/F, Caf Free, Cafe d'Vita Cappucino, topped w/ plenty of S/F Canned Spray Whipped Cream

• Everything Pets  - esp Kitties, Dogs

• S/F Ice Cream, incl Fudgcicles, Klondikes (No Sugar Added)

• S/F Candy/Cookies - (incl Dark Choc) -Found MANY in the large Assortment I've discovered

• Croissant Crust (no Meat) Pizza

• Driving a Car with the Top Down & w/ great Oldies Music

• Beach House for at least the Wkend, with other gal friends

• Formerly Hugging & Talking w/ my (Late) Dad when he'd open up

• Great Golden Oldies

• Live Performances

• Fancy Fingernails

• Close, increasing knowledge, relationship,  everything w/ my G-d

Most of those don't seem guilty.

They all seem like very happy non-guilty things to me! 

My happy things are a strawberry cheesecake ice cream cone.

The beautiful moon at night.

Reading animal rescue stories and adoption stories; there are so many wonderful people out there, we need to hear more of these.

Cuddling my love pup and spending time with her.

Remembering my cherished fur children now running free and happy over the Rainbow Bridge.

My family, those alive here on earth and those who have passed on, residing in my heart. \

"Guilt" is individualized, imho, neither right nor wrong.  And often is left to the individual Responder, & the individual Reader.

i follow 'the asher house" on IG.  very heartwarming stories about dogs! he is just amazing along with his team, that is something i would love to do/get involved in!

our local SPCA as well
