I returned a Perricone item that was a little over 30 days since it took me that long to figure out that it was the thing causing me irritation. I dropped the package at the ups store and it stayed there 12 days before it was picked up. Anyway... it will get to QVS way over 30 days. What do they do. Do they return the product to me?

The 30 days is not measured by the date it is received by QVC, but the date you mailed it/purchased the postage. If you mailed it within the 30 days, you are OK.

I would call customer service now and explain all that. It's always a good idea to call ahead when returning with not normal circumstances.
