Quite a few people were having fun within it at various times, with different definitions of the word "fun", and at cross-purposes, as you'll recall.  I didn't notice it was gone but I'm not surprised.

IMO, those who start such threads are just baiting generally. Some tried to make the best of that with humor, but that didn't go down well with those who dislike the forums.

As I said, not surprising. But the photos were fun, weren't they? 😎

It looks like the moderators were bored, too.  The thread is now in cyber never land!  I searched for it in the forums and blogs box--upper right at the top of page, and it's gone.  They usually let us know when they delete a thread. . .

they gave enough "warnings" within that thread and some posters just had to go and snap the rubber band.

Right.  It was fine until one person kept insulting other posters for putting up funny pix.  She kept posting versions of her idea that meant they were too lazy to think.

I didn't participate last night but I read and saw no lectures, just a steady stream of insults from one person to numerous others who were just having fun.
