What happened to crazy good prices for TSVs?

Some of the TSVs' prices are so high.  Yes, it's the holidays but you don't want to go broke.  Bring some reasonably priced items, some bargains.  Otherwise, I can shop locally.  Cat Mad

You figured out the answer yourself. Shop elsewhere!

Huh?  I've never seen crazy good prices on TSV's.  Ever.  It's why I don't jump to buy a TSV item if I need time to think because if I miss out on the TSV price, I'm not missing out on a lot.

Have y’all noticed that the post-TSV price is generally not much more than the TSV price?

It's been years since I've seen a crazy good price on a TSV.

I think, overall, they're about 10 percent lower.  If there was something you really wanted anyway and it was the TSV, maybe with free shipping...

That's the way QVC does things.  Take it or leave it.  I do buy here, as well as elsewhere

I haven’t seen a great TSV deal in years. I very rarely even check them anymore.

I love the Luminara set being offered today. And I have a pair in the glitter brown, and they are gorgeous. But I can’t bring myself to spend almost $100 on candles, especially during this time of he year.

Re: What happened to crazy good prices for TSVs?

One thing I've learned lately is that concerning tsv's they cut corners a lot more than I ever imagined. Silly me, I know. There was one tsv I won't mention because I'll offend someone who ordered and liked it. It was a certain brand and type that they've sold before and I thought, wow they are really going to bring that in at large quantity and lower the price making a lot of money.

Not only did they not really lower the price they took the opportunity to make several huge changes to the item to make it cost less - to them. And imho it was not attractive and didn't sell out in any color.

Should I expect this. Yes. Do I appreciate it or want to send them my hard earned dollars for tsv's...no. And maybe that is why a lot of them never sell out.

Re: What happened to crazy good prices for TSVs?

Over the years I've been shopping, my best deals on TSV's were not inexpensive.  The items were well-priced for what they were, but I wouldn't call them crazy cheap.

When I want crazy cheap, I'm probably at Dollar Tree but I don't buy there what I buy from QVC.
