What happened to Martha Stewart after cooking segment on Today show

Martha Stewart reported she got salmonella during Thanksgiving Holidays, after handling so many raw turkeys. She believes the infection may have come from all those talking turkey TV appearances she did late last month for Thanksgiving. I did see her on the Today show cooking a big turkey dinner with Giada. I thought she didn't wash her hands properly after handling the raw turkey; but those cooking segments are so rushed that there is no much time for that.
