@MyGirlsMom I don't have a meat thermometer, but I will check if it's cooked the old fashion way   If I'm MIA, you know why ..lol.  It will not be the first time I eat a partially cooked chicken

The trick is not to cook it at too high a temperature, where the outside gets done before the inside.  My husband cooks on one temperature - HIGH!  I think I've kept QVC in business because I've bought several pot sets from you.  My husband can burn a pan in no time flat.
