What gift would you buy?

Ladies, please help me to chose a special gift for my Granddaughter to let her know how proud we are of her.

It has been her dream since she was in first grade to be a Veterinarian. She has worked so hard to achieve her goal all these years and it has paid off big time! She has been awarded a full ride to Ohio State Veterinary School.

What could I possibly get? I am just drawing a blank on this one.
