My biggest frustration currently is having a new 20 something year old boss with very little experience telling me what to do. I have been doing my job longer than he has been alive. I have been recognized and rewarded for my work and service. Yet, he feels the need to tell me and everyone else of a mature age what we are doing wrong while constantly praising the very young employees. His passive aggressive comments are killing morale. There is nothing wrong with new ideas and change, but he seems to think that anything and anyone old is outdated. Yuck! I hope he lives long enough for someone to treat him the way he is treating us old folks. Can you tell I am upset? Thanks for letting me vent.

My biggest frustration --- The FDA not being willing to fast track new drug therapies for people with ALS -- most of whom have a very limited time after diagnosis. (My brother has ALS so this is very important to me)
My biggest inconsequential frustration -- waiting for anything! ![]()

I understand completely. My husband had a boss just like that (about 40), even admitted that he liked "young ideas" and was asking the more mature employees when they were going to retire. He was a total a$$ and caused a lot of tension and negativity in the company. He eventually was "relocated" before the company was hit with age discrimination lawsuits. It won't be long until he is "mature" and we hope he gets the same treatment as he gave others. What goes around, comes around!!

How do people not understand that if they are fortunate they will be older one day? 😏

I'm having alot of frustration with 2 buyers on ebay who have won the auction on some items I listed.
After sending the invoice and never hearing from them, one has to wait a period of time to be able to relist the item, thus losing time to sell the item, particularly around the holiday season.

There are times you may have to check it. I really find only only a couple of things that are important enough to step away from people to return a call. A death, an accident and a relative is admitted to a hospital. Of course if you have children, you would always want to return their call.
I guess my Dr. visit Monday really got to me. Tones going off, people laughing, talking loudly.
Sorry if I offended anyone, that wasn't my intention.
Happy Thanksgiving to Everyone.
That is one pet peeve of mine also. I can not Stand! listening to people talk on their phones everywhere I go! I don't need to listen to their (so-called) private conversations..Why can't people go without it for awhile? or turn it off while in a public place...like maybe showing some respect for the other guy?
I don't even take a phone with me . (I just have a trac phone in the car for emergencies, but don't carry it on my person) .we didn't have them years ago..why now?...people are obsessed with the whole thing I guess..but they wonder why people don't have any social skills nowdays....just saying...
I was held up recently in the grocery line by a woman on her cell phone telling someone she was at the grocery store! That should have been on CNN!!! What would her phone mate have done if she hadn't shared that news!!!
