What does it take to get the social team to answer?

QVC sent me the wrong size - and it is probably a returned item because it has a square white tag on the package, with a large red rectangular sticker also.  The tag is incorrect - the item inside is a regular large - the tag says it's a petite X-large?  I cannot wear pants that are 4 inches too small in both the waist and the hips, and also 3 inches to long.  Yet when I triied to ask the easy return team, the social return,  and the customer return, I only got a reply yesterday from the customer care team.  I emailed the information Wayne requested, and guess what - nothing more.  I have now sent an additional email to the social team, chatted online (which I have saved) to customer service.  I don't want to be charged for QVC's mistake, yet I have little faith that I will be charged a return shipping fee if I send the item back.  What a joke QVC has become!  And YES, I am now officially angry.

I'm pretty sure no one was working today, for whatever reason.  Send you return back.  If you're mistakenly charged a fee, it's easy to contact someone for a refund.  No big deal, happens all the time.

Give it a couple days to respond.  I'm sure they get a lot of emails.   If Wayne responded and you replied then it will be taken care of.  The mods are excellent about responding and resolving.

You know what you have to do when you shop somewhere with an unsatisfactory experience.  Why don't you just do it?  People complain, complain, complain but still shop here.  Why?

@Kachina624, I wish I could believe that, but I have not had the best of luck getting refunds due to my account (due to QVC problems). I , at this time, don't trust them.

@gertrudecloset , why should they continue to sell products, and ship items erroniously?  Why is it MY fault?

This might explain why argumentative threads are still up and running.  I was wondering why that is.  When the cat's away the mice will play! @Kachina624 LOL

@new nickname 4 No one said it's your fault.  It's only your fault because you continue shop here knowing full well the customer care situation going on right now.  No one can force you to purchase anything here.  That's like doing same thing over and over and hoping for a different result.

Re: What does it take to get the social team to answer?

@gertrudecloset Also, why wouldn't QVC want to know the problems that customers are having?  I worked for 51 years in my professional company, we never NOT addressed our customer concerns.  That's why we remained as a top company in our industry.  QVC as an online company, needs to maintain a professional attitude, demeanor.  I'm sorry you would suggest less.

@gertrudecloset    Exactly!  It became evident several hours ago that no one was on duty.
