So I should be worried about my credit card info stored on that site?
Perpetrators of DoS attacks typically target sites or services hosted on high-profile web servers such as banks, credit card payment gateways

Most of the time DOS attacks are to cripple the business not hack it to get customer information. Company servers are overwhelmed and legitimate customers cannot access the site thereby denying service.

That's perfectly fine with me. I wouldn't want you to give out any identifying info. I just thought if it was something national, it would be good to know.
Bitcoins? A new high tech form of money. that circumvents banks. I think I heard that there was an issue with their site and people didn't have access to their money....
