Very possibly true. I've known a few (not a lot) of folks who dwelled on their (sometimes negative )past 'way too much', and they were 'stuck' in those bad times, unable to enjoy the present. And, also, it doesn't do any of us much good to overly-worry about the future, as bleak as we sometimes might perceive it to be.

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).
