Re: What do you think of the 3 men that died in the backyard after the Chiefs game?

Bottom line is a dangerous mix of something probably caused them to die.  Isn't there a message in that no matter who supplied them, or what they took?

It's a result in failures of laws and acceptance of drug culture.  People get used to it and forget or ignore the danger.

According to our news yesterday it was a combination of cocaine and fetanyl.

@chlema That would have been among my guesses of the drug problems we have.

I saw an interview with the Cousin of one of the 3 victims that said the Homeowner would make up drug concotions for his friends to get high on. It could be him and he was just lucky enough that he passed out IN THE HOUSE and slept it off.

Although the other guys probably took it willingly, the person who SUPPLIED it will be charged. Alot of questions yet to be answered and I'm sure the Police want to get this right.

As @Nataliesgramma said, this was my thoughts. They were all partying together with beer & possibly drugs. They all drank & took the same things. The homeowner passed out inside the house & survived. The others passed out outside & froze due to the usual cold spell. May have survived if not for the freezing temperatures.

Why were they outside? Maybe went out to smoke. Guys at my work must go outside if they want to smoke & most of them tell me they do the same thing at home - they do not smoke inside their homes.

Of course this is all speculation, we will have to wait for the test results & the investigation to be completed.

I so feel for the families! I can't even imagine the horror they are going through. What was supposed to be a fun afternoon of watching football (which probably happened often) turned into such a tragedy!

@ChiliPepper ...According to Daily Mail...

Alex Weamer-Lee...He was a high school friend of the victims and left at midnight after the football game.

@MyShadowLove

Oh, ok thanks!

I was curious if he was a friend there for the game or someone that came & went with a "delivery".

I imagine he was interrogated by the police.

Was there a mention anywhere if he was "sick" or sleeping it off for two days too?

I can't even imagine losing 3 old friends just like that, especially if I was the homeowner "involved" in it. And by "involved" I mean he was there & potentially doing the same alcohol/drugs as my friends.

Thanks again for the info @MyShadowLove!!!
