Not sure about the poster. We just buried my mom and her pictures were all poster sized. Dad made a shelf and put them all on there so he can look at her all the time.

 

Is there a reason why they were in the garage? I have made poster size pictures of my pets and they are on canvas hanging around the house. I keep them up even if they pass on.

 

For me, I don't think I would dispose of it, even though it has been years. We don't dispose of pictures in our photo albums. Oh, I just thought of something else. Can you take this to a photo shop and have it digitized? Then you could keep it safely in your online photo albums to look at once in awhile and then if you want to burn the original, you'd still have a nice picture of your handsome man when you are feeling sentimental. 

I'm done with P.C. Just say what you mean and mean what you say. It's easier.
