I received a coupon for 15% off and wondered what makes it so popular? What do you buy there  that is such a great deal over box stores? Thanks!

Re: What do you buy at Jet.com?

One time I was looking for a particular kind of address book, Jet came up and showed what I wanted along with the company that supplied the book.

I went directly to the suppliers web-site, the book was $2 cheaper with free shipping, so I'm not impressed with Jet.

Re: What do you buy at Jet.com?

When they first started, I bought cases of cat food.  They were cheaper than buying it at the store, along with free shipping.  They also sent me emails with percents off my purchase.  After about six months, I no longer received emails with percents off and their prices were higher.  I moved on.

I think their commercials are dumb.

@Plaid Pants2  I find the commercials somehow disturbing to watch and really dislike seeing the heads of the actors blow up... I do not know  what it is about that,  but, I just do not like seeing that part of the commercial.

This commerical is a little disturbing, but you did not forget it.

I buy at Jet.com, because the prices can be better than Amazon.com.

I don't think I've ever even saw a commercial but who cares, not the point of this post.

I have only made a couple of purchases but when I did, I bought some organic groceries (cocoa nibs, herbs, spices, etc), food, grooming items and some toys. All of them were much cheaper than I could get elsewhere.

Re: What do you buy at Jet.com?

I just checked them out.  I have all my prices from Walmart of the things I buy because I use the Savingscatcher app and it keeps all my receipts for me.

Almost everything was higher priced.  The only deals I found were for K-cups and only certain ones were cheaper and a really good deal.  You had to put in single serve for Keurig or something like that in the search bar.  If you put in "k-cups" not tall the brands came up.  I also found some body lotion that I can't find locally even cheaper at Jet than Amazon.

I think I will go ahead and order the kcups and the lotion.

I might look for future purchases there just in case it is cheaper, but I would never shop there without comparing prices. Dog food, toilet paper, canned goods, etc. were somewhat higher priced.

Nothing. I don't think they're a great deal. They also charged my friend for a complete order of 24 items and only included 9 items in the order. They provided no explanation and did not refund the rest of the purchase price until she complained.

I also find the blowing off the tops of people's head disturbing!

I clearly remember the commericals but would NEVER recalled it was for Jet.
