What did you do today?

I had a good day. I loaded my car up with some friends and we went out and had breakfast at a quaint little place in a small town about 30 miles away from us. We were waited on by our favorite waitress. She turned 70 today and had a bit of fun with all of her customers this morning.

We then hit Marshalls where I spend my monthly wad on shoes, and some home decor. My friends went into Walmart and I headed to Dress Barn and bought a couple tops and a pair of white denim jeans.

I have been home for a couple hours and have been fooling around on the computer. I think it is time for me to quit and read a book. The house is clean and sitting outside in my yard and reading a book sounds lovely about now.
