...  that was new for you and made you happier?

Feel free to exert bragging rights and say why it made you happier.  😂

ME:  I watched most league football games this season.  In the past I only watched the Super Bowl.  I thoroughly enjoyed learning the rules via google.  During some of the games I thoroughly enjoyed a stream of spirited texting back and forth with my son. Additionally, I didn't really care who won, just enjoyed the game.

One consequence is I'm now mostly unavailable on Sundays.  Have not looked back.  😂😂

I find it hard to sit still and watch a movie at home. In 2025, I decided when we went on short vacations, we'd catch a movie. It's been fun.

@Bella8888.  What are you going to do when the season ends?  I do the same as you and am lost after it's all over.

@Kachina624

I do watch some baseball, soccer and rugby* games; again just for the sport of it.

Looks like one-day-at-a-time mode is in my near future.  🤣

I can count on something will take its place; plethora of possibilities.  I'm also happy not doing anything.

*love watching male rugby players.  😍 🤣

I love making decisions like this -- deciding and finding new solutions out of some kind of dissatisfaction.

Did the same thing this year decided to watch all the Broncos games as our local baseball team the Rockies stink.  I'm a SF Giants fan anyway and wanted to watch a local Denver team so I picked football.

And have had the same experience as you have had lots of fun texting with friends during the game.

And World Cup Soccer in the summer.  I'm also at a loss after football season.  Not a big baseball fan, usually just catch a few games of the World Series.

Well, I most certainly do not want more televised games in our lives 😏

I have begun to turn off the tv most evenings and listen to an audiobook. Much more engaging. We are listening to music more often, too. Husband is working on a puzzle with his old music playing.
