Other than not typing in all caps, bilious colors or fonts, I see no need for a separate set of etiquette rules. All of us are honor bound to treat others with respect at all times and in all situations. Those who do not, IMHO, should be disregarded.

Probably too many to list, but
I don't violate copywrite by copy and pasting whole articles or blog posts. Instead I'll post a section that is within fair use and then a link to the full article.
If I'm posting a thread about a news story, I provide a link to the news source so that people can read the news for themselves. And again, I don't violate copywrite by posting the whole thing.
I don't steal other websites bandwidth by copy and pasting imbedded links to photos. If I really want to use an online photo, such as posting a picture of something I bought, I host it myself on a photo hosting site or since QVC allows hosting I'll upload it here and then post it. QVC items posted on the QVC forums are the obvious exception since it's the bandwidth is QVCs.
This is the only forum I post one where these basic net rules are rampantly disregarded.

Their, there, they're...use them properly.
You're....not your when saying You Are.
Use paragraph breaks.
No dissertations. We get it in the first 100 paragraphs.
Loose and Lose are ones I see constantly misused.
And yes, no wall of text. The return key is your friend.

If someone expresses a different opinion than you, it is not necessary to respond to or argue with that person. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions and you really won't change the others mind, only convince them you are small minded and intolerant.

Aside from the basic rules you mentioned in your OP, I play by the rest of the rules of internet etiquette that have existed since I started being online.
That also includes no typing in all caps or all bolded, as that is YELLING, and considered extremely rude. Plus, it hurts peoples' eyes.
IMO, the worst thing about this new board (really the only thing that is horrible) was when they allowed changing of fonts, font colors, and font sizes. Often it's just too difficult to get through a thread with all the screamy, ginormous, sometimes offensive colored, often bolded (again, yelling) posts without having a massive headache.
If you try to help people by telling them that they can increase the font/page on their own end you just get the finger and the basic 'I can do whatever I want' (despite common courtesy I guess).
Clearly, that is a major peeve of mine as far as common courtesies.

Oh-my goodness! You struck a nerve here (bolded by me). I was reading a thread yesterday, in another forum here, where the word 'loose' instead of 'lose' must have been used a dozen times. I had to get out of there, as I was just on 'loose' overload! Seriously! I thought my head was going to explode. I had to use every resource to my avail to not pound out a post explaining the difference.

Don't say anything on line that you wouldn't say to someone's face.
I hate when people hide behind their computers!![]()

I agree and would add that if you do disagree with someone, do not respond by calling that person jealous, no manners, poor upbringing, and other harsh words.
A simple "I disagree with you is sufficient." That way you remain polite and respectful.

Say things the way I do in real life "tell it like I see it", and be the same person I am when having face to face with people, at any level.

If a poster is rude, deliberately mean, or insensitive... ignore them...just as you would try to ignore a rude person in public. If you want, press the "report inappropriate content" button and let the moderator deal with the person. Responding to them will just start a "war"...which is just what they may want.
To this I would add, don't make it personal unless there is a *very* good reason to, which is very seldom. Don't turn a difference of opinion into a potential pithing match about what you think of someone else as a person, directly stated. There's no point other than to be ugly.
