@MaggieMack Sometimes I'll just do one of seed sound mantras, but even though I'm more attracted to Vishnu, Krishna and Sarasvati, the Ganesha manta has stuck with me it's the one that I just repeat as I go about my day or when trying to go to sleep or if I'm stressed.

@MaggieMack  I'm fascinated with the history of world religions. I've kind of been all over and wish I could go back to specific times and places and experience what the various peoples practiced. Instead I study religious history, on my own and try and to make sense of the diverse world views. Hinduism is one of my special interests, mostly advaita vedanta philosophy but also the bhagavad gita. I'm a poor meditator lol. I do my mantras in the same way I would pray the jesus prayer or say the rosary. I wish I could just believe and do one thing but I haven't been able to permanantly as much as I've tried.
