how this saddens me 😢😢😢- why does society "accept" this ...then again, I think differently than most...

I hope at least your safe🙂

@homedecor1, I would love to answer your question, but as you know, this is a very controversial and political topic. And anyway, you might not like what I would say. :-)

It's a bit maddening to not be able to respond to it.

I'm getting used to it, @QueenDanceALot. Smiley Wink

Well, I can say that my paws haven't been numb as often lately, so maybe I am too.

@QueenDanceALot, that's probably a good thing. You're a valuable poster who will always find a way to make a point without making a point. : )

Re: What a "eerie" feeling at mall today...

Many stores are not even accepting returns. The real test of how many stores will survive will be after the holiday season. Major retailers have two main sources of income....back to school and Christmas/holiday seasons. How many will want to go to a crowded store and rub shoulders with other shoppers looking for a last minute gift? Can Amazon, QVC, etc. handle the online ordering load and orders delivered in time? Lots we don’t know yet. Christmas in July sounds more practical now, but everyone is predicting low inventory in almost every store, online and brick and mortar ones. Time will tell.

Re: What a "eerie" feeling at mall today...

A nearby outdoor mall's parking lot has been filled lately.

Too crowded to attempt driving through.  (It's a small-ish mall, though.)

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).
