Dec of 2024 my sister up in Ind. had no electricity

for 3 days ! I bought her a Generac so she won't have to go thru that again. No heat, lights, no appliances, no tv. Her furnace showed 58'.

Few months, I, in Tx. which is rare lost electricity for

almost 2 days. LOL I don't have a Generac !!! I was getting ready to head to a motel when it came back on.

Couldn't lift the garage door anyway. Ended up having to pay for a new garage door, wind messed it up.

I've been here 15 yrs. first time ever that happened !

If it goes off comes back on in few minutes not this yr.

Are you in PA? I am...NW PA was supposed to get really bad storms from that front, but luckily where I live it appeared to go around us...I saw southwest PA got hit really hard....

Weather seems to be getting more nasty all the time. I really hate wind storms...wind can do SO much damage in a few moments that takes a long time to clean up.

I watch the weather now all the time especially this season. I just spent all morning picking up sticks and burned them all up...but more possible storms here tonight..

Anna 04.14.2025.png This seems to have been a freak storm, really fast moving and very destructive. It downed many trees, destroyed a water delivery system to the northern part of the county and just wreaked havoc in general. We've lived in our motorhome this week but did not want to stress the cats so we slept in the house...though I carried my dear little Anna back and forth with me! LOL!!!!
