I ordered a 13 piece Cooks Essentials in 2005 with lifetime guarantee for the products. My two skillets, 8" and 10" are sticking. I have never put in dishwasher or sprayed them with Pam or any of the other non-stick spray. Today I recieved a call from QVC to return the two skillets and insure them for at least $25. I asked would CE or QVC re-imburse me for the cost of sending them back. They said no. So what good is a lifetime guarantee if you have to pay more than what the product is worth to get a replacement?
