the mods made this clear - this thread is not a "debating" thread.
I guess the fonts and colors didn't stand out.

There is an effort to sabotage this thread. It is very clear.
this thread was about including folks. If a thread comes up that is excluding people, that is no cause for a celebration in a civilized country.
Well I haven't seen all of the posts that have been deleted so some of them very well may have been offensive and trying to get the board poofed but I cannot speak on those as I didn't see them. What I did see were post that were dffering but absolutely not trying to sabotage this board. So unless everything talked about here is completely agreeing in nature, it isn't allowed, unless it is another poster who starts a thread in which you don't agree then it is completely satisfactory to debate it? lol! OK! Sounds fair.

It's the mods call. It's their opinion as to what is fair. That's the bottom line. Their board, their rules, their standards. It's not like we're debating nuclear strategy or something.

Good night Irsh.
I'm sorry, where did you see that happening?

Exactly, read my last post. Croemer should probably do the same. This thread is not for debate. As MANY have shown with the reposting of the moderator's responses.
So only agreeing here and no dissent allowed but if she starts another thread with her viewpoint, that is completely open for debate. That sounds completely fair. Well only in the minds of people who can't hear bear hear others opinions in a civil manner.

Just want to make sure of the new rules...posters can accuse others of deliberately trying to have a thread pulled for a differing opinion...told only one view is acceptable...but told if I or someone else posts a thread of differing opinion... they will be able to post THEIR opinion if it is different correct?

You haven't given anyone the opportunity to express their dissenting opinion in the proper situation. You've come into an ice cream shop and tried to order a lobster.

wow...I guess actuall PROOF of what was requested isn't enough for some posters..oh well.

Moderators have told us on this particular thread the rules for posting in this thread

Hi Community Posters, Let's leave this as more of a celebratory current events thread, and try not to make it too political by discussing any appeals or the appeals process. Could get too involved with government issues and we really want to keep this more along the lines of personal stories or feelings, safely away from politics! I'll leave you to it now!

This post has been removed by QVC. We know that this was meant to be informative, but we'd like to leave any mention of religion out of this thread so that it doesn't get side tracked. Along with a couple of mod posts about posts being removed because of political content.

I really don't believe the ones opposed to today's ruling can post without making it political.
